COLLABORATIVE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN THAT CELEBRATES MASCULINITY AND MALE TALENT (2019)
In this project, we were asking a question - What does it mean to be male, or identify as male, in this current social and political climate and Is it still possible to celebrate masculinity?
We created a trailer for CHANEL'S online platform "THE FIFTH SENSE" which showcases male creativity, reacting to Chanel’s promotion of non-traditional gender expression and the fact that traditional gender roles have been increasingly rejected, as the use of the internet has been used by many to reshape their identities.
Rather than exploring inclusiveness, we decided to focus on diversity, covering a whole range of aspects such as emotion, movement and the reaction of the public alongside affirming the self-identity.
The trailer is a documentation of diverse talents, their lifestyles and the presentation of individuals.
